Apple Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a female Service Coordinator with excellent English communication skills to manage customer service operations. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer handling and be capable of coordinating service requests, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain records of service requests and payment follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Support in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, Invoices and maintain the data in CRM

Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/coordination.
Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
