We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Service Coordinator to manage internal coordination and ensure smooth communication between clients and departments. This role involves handling service queries, task allocation, report generation, and supporting finance and service teams in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between internal departments and clients
Manage and resolve client queries efficiently using software
Allocate service requests and tasks to the appropriate service engineers or teams
Prepare and share quotations and invoices based on service reports and client requirements
Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the service team's performance and activities
Maintain accurate records of service activities, schedules, and client communication
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in Zoho FSM or similar service management software
Good understanding of service workflows, invoicing, and reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
