We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to support the Service Department and manage project documentation activities. The candidate will act as a single point of contact for clients during execution, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and proper documentation. Candidates with industrial experience are preferred. Knowledge of electrical control panel design will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day service operations and schedules.
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service and execution activities.
Prepare, maintain, and update all project-related documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams (service, engineering, procurement) for smooth execution.
Handle service reports, checklists, and compliance documentation.
Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and closure.
Support the Service Department in problem resolution and task allocation.
Maintain proper records, logs, and documentation as per standards.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
Knowledge of electrical systems; control panel design knowledge is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Industrial service coordination experience preferred.
