3) Focus on service procedure and servicing activity.
4) Increase customer satisfaction level.
5) Internal audit of spare Parts, AMC, Warranty, Free service
Monitoring warranty & AMC,
Plane tool room audit in monthly base.
Monitoring service reminder, feedback, and advance booking record. Coordination with OEM dealer and engineer and eliminated OEM complain
Investigated complicated cases and Communicating with service head quarter regarding major product failure
Educated customer and Technician for new product modification, circular, bulletin and update the service system and provided tech literature.
Packing management (parts, warranty failed parts, documents, tools)
