Lead the end-to-end battery replacement workflow, ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and
manage issues raised internally or externally. Supervise the junior coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Own full process: Incoming Testing Approval Dispatch Closure.
Handle issues from distributors, dealers, sales, service team, and end users.
Maintain Master Database (FMS) & ensure 100% accuracy.
Prepare monthly data for replacement review meeting.
Handle & manage scrap data sheet.
Ensure all batteries are replaced only under warranty as per company policy.
Review daily advance replacement batteries data & follow up with concerned person to return
back to company. TAT: 30 days.
Train & supervise Junior Coordinator.
KPIs
Follow Replacement TAT: 7 days.
Data accuracy 99%.
Dealer/Distributor/End-user satisfaction 4/5.
Advance Replacement batteries returned within 30 days (TAT compliance).
Qualification Requirements
Graduate in any stream (B. Com / BBA).
2-4 years' experience in service coordination / data management / warranty handling preferred.
o Strong computer skills
- FMS / MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reports), Email & MIS reporting.
Ability to supervise a junior and ensure compliance with company policies.
Battery industry knowledge desirable but not mandatory (can be trained).
