Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate and assign tasks to engineers and technical support staff
Follow up on service requests and ensure completion within the defined timelines
Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams
Maintain proper documentation of service activities, client feedback, and engineer schedules
Respond to client queries in a solution-oriented and professional manner
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly service status updates
Support internal team operations to improve service efficiency and quality
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in
English, Assamese, and Hindi
is mandatory
Proven ability to handle multiple clients and coordinate with various teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of service workflows and technical coordination
Prior experience in service support or coordination preferred
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
