Preferred Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a Business-related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry, R&D tax credit work experience preferred.
Working knowledge of compliance software systems - Corp Tax preferred.
Solid understanding of research platforms (e.g. IntelliConnect, BNA, RIA);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Xlookup and Index/Match formulas).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met; and,
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Job Specifics & Responsibilities Include
Prepare global R&D tax benefit calculations for tax returns, quarterly estimates, and extensions.
Assist with the preparation of technical documents and participate in interviews with developers & engineers.
Assist with expanding the claim of R&D tax benefits to new regions; and,
Assist with the implementation of process improvements and data automation.
