Then Become part of our Siemens Healthineers team now as a service project manager and support Advanced Therapies of the mobile C-arms system.

As the Service lifecycle Manager and Problem Manager Customer Service Headquarter Support Center for Advanced Therapies of the mobile C-arms systems, you will be responsible for:

Assure the realization and implementation of serviceability requirements, Identify, and realize new serviceability features & use cases that are in synch with the CS strategy targets and benefit the AT business line products in close cooperation with R&D AT

Preparation of Service relevant data for management decision with service revenue and profit values including corresponding visualization

Ensure that systematic product problems are identified at an early stage and that corrective measures are initiated as part of problem management.

Support of installed base update management: Monitor and provide the needed data for publishing updates

Analyze the installed base and provide the status of the failures and propose corrective measures to push the productivity

Writing and maintaining of technical product related documentation for service engineers

Support End of delivery / End of support decisions and process know how

Support the customer's site, especially in the case of particularly difficult problems/customer situations with a high need for expertise.

Communicate and report critical customer situations via defined processes to the relevant specialist departments and management.

Responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex service problems of mobile C-arms in surgery (Cios family)

As you work partly with the development in product projects; You will also transfer knowledge and information you have acquired in a timely manner to the Service Knowledge Base (database).

You are exactly the right person for this position if you communicate confidently with internal specialist departments and the countries and their management with your proactive way of communicating.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed a degree in electrical engineering or medical technology; alternatively, you have a comparable education

You have many years of relevant professional experience with medical technology products and preferably have technical experience in the field of mobile C-arms (Cios family) systems. You convince with your excellent technical knowledge and have good IT knowledge

Networks, DICOM and remote diagnosis area

You possess the ability to analyze issues and strategically approach the problem with a solution

You identify and actively and effectively promote your topics in terms of customer benefit

You transfer the knowledge and information you have gained to the Service Knowledge Base (database) in a timely manner

Ideally you own project management skills- agile methodological expertise

Service experience at least for 2-3 years are beneficial
