Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Keep accurate records of all incoming devices -- logging device details, customer information, reported issues. Manage outgoing devices -- ensure repaired/fixed devices are properly tested, quality checked, logged, and dispatched back to customers. Perform device repair and troubleshooting: diagnose hardware/software faults, replace/repair components, test functionality. Use computer systems (software tools) to enter and update data on device status, repairs, parts used, and completion times. Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, maybe PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, email communication etc. Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and accessories required for device repairs. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the workbench and repair area. Liaise with customers to inform them of repair status, delays, or additional required work. Ensure compliance with Dahua's warranty, RMA, and service policies. Assist in improvement of repair processes / workflow when possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good understanding of electronic/hardware devices (CCTV, DVR/NVR, cameras, etc., if specific to Dahua) -- ability to open, diagnose, repair, and test them. Troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. Basic computer skills -- ability to use an OS, install/test software, navigate folders, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good data entry skills, with attention to accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time, especially when multiple devices are waiting for repair. Good communication skills (verbal and written), to talk to customers and internal teams. Basic understanding of service policies, warranty/RMA process is a plus.
Experience & Education

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science / related field (or equivalent experience). Preferably 1-3 years (or more) of experience in device repair / technical support / service center environment.
Working Conditions

Work will be hands-on involving small parts, possibly soldering / using specialized tools. Some device repair may require physical effort (lifting, disassembly, etc.). Deadlines and time pressure when many devices are pending. Need to maintain attention to detail and quality during repetitive tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
