Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming among staff
Train and guide service staff to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Handle guest complaints and queries professionally
Take food and beverage orders when required and ensure timely service
Monitor table settings, side stations, and overall dining area
Check inventory and requisition of service materials as needed
Follow and enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel as a service staff or captain
Educational qualification: Plus Two (12th grade) or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and team management abilities
Knowledge of menu, food, and beverage service standards
Physically fit and presentable; neat and clean appearance mandatory
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
