We are looking for a Service Captain to lead the service team during catering events. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring smooth food service, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide service staff.
Ensure timely food service and buffet arrangements.
Coordinate with kitchen for refills and service flow.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues.
Manage service equipment and event setup.
Requirements
Experience in catering/banquet service.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Flexible to work during events and functions.
