Role Summary



A

Service Captain

is responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring smooth food service operations, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with kitchen and event teams.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise service staff during events and operations Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee table arrangements, buffet counters, and service flow Manage staff allocation and duty schedules Ensure compliance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in catering, hospitality, or F&B service Good communication and leadership skills Ability to manage staff and handle pressure Well-groomed and professional behaviour
