Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented
Service Captain
to lead our catering service team. The Service Captain will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth event execution, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise service staff during events and catering operations.
Allocate duties and monitor service flow.
Train, motivate, and guide servers and stewards.
Coordinate between kitchen and service team to ensure timely service.
Ensure buffet/table arrangements, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years of experience in catering/hospitality service.
Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional grooming and service-oriented approach.
Salary
