Olga Resorts is looking for a reliable and energetic

Service Boy

to support kitchen operations and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, managing kitchen supplies, and facilitating the timely delivery of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., washing vegetables, fetching ingredients). Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to the service area or dining room. Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients. Maintain hygiene standards by regularly cleaning workstations, counters, and storage areas. Assist in disposing of kitchen waste in a clean and timely manner. Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation. Help set up kitchen workstations and dining service stations as needed. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
