Job Summary:
The Service Boy assists in day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, timely service, and customer satisfaction. He supports waiters, helps in table setup, and maintains overall hygiene in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up tables, chairs, cutlery, and service stations before service.
Help waiters in serving water, placing plates, and delivering food to tables.
Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
Clear used plates, glasses, and wipe tables after guests leave.
Refill water, tissues, condiments, and other service essentials.
Assist in basic cleaning tasks such as mopping or organizing if required.
Maintain proper hygiene standards as per restaurant rules.
Support the team during peak hours for smooth service.
Follow instructions from the supervisor and maintain discipline and punctuality.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina.
Polite, well-behaved, and customer-friendly attitude.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
