Job Description

The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the service centre. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their service requirements, coordinating with service advisors, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers courteously and assist them at the service reception Understand customer concerns and guide them to the Service Advisor Register vehicle details and create job cards in DMS Schedule service appointments and manage customer waiting time Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians, and billing team Update customers on vehicle status and delivery time Handle incoming calls and service-related enquiries Maintain customer records and service history accurately Collect customer feedback after service completion Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area

Skills & Requirements



Graduate / Diploma (any discipline) 0-2 years experience in automotive service centre preferred Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English Customer-friendly attitude and pleasing personality Basic computer knowledge (DMS/CRM, MS Excel) Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
