Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Service Associate

to join our EV manufacturing team. The role involves providing technical and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and servicing of electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of electric vehicles.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EV components, batteries, motors, and charging systems.

Support service operations at the workshop or on-site service calls.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and parts used.

Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and company protocols.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify improvements in service processes.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, service status, and maintenance recommendations.

Support training of junior service staff or apprentices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or relevant field).

Prior experience in EV service, automotive service, or related technical roles is a plus.

Basic understanding of electric vehicle systems, components, and battery management.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours and on-site visits if required.
