Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Roadside Service Support professional to provide prompt and efficient on-road assistance to our logistics fleet across the US. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal vehicle downtime by managing breakdowns and coordinating swift resolutions with operations and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-road service support to logistics vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure timely deliveries. Respond promptly and professionally to vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to facilitate quick diagnosis and resolution of mechanical issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service activities, including breakdown details, repairs, and resolutions. Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to provide status updates and manage expectations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all roadside operations. Assist in developing and improving roadside support processes to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in roadside assistance, vehicle maintenance support, or logistics operations preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in maintaining accurate service documentation.

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
