Experience: 1-3 years in Hotel / Hospitality Industry

We are looking for a smart and customer-friendly Service Associate to join our team at l Hotel The Caste , Dhanbad. The ideal candidate must have experience in hotel operations and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy Manage restaurant table service / room service efficiently Take orders, serve food & beverages as per standards Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly Support daily hotel operations and team coordination Maintain high levels of hospitality and satisfaction
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotels/Hospitality sector is mandatory Good communication and hospitality etiquette Well-groomed, hardworking and customer-focused Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends & holidays
