Service Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Responsible for Service including the design and maintenance of operation process, after-sales service, technical support and repair, and development & maintenance & management of after-sales market

• Assure that Stanley Black and Decker customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our products.

• Strong focus on end user satisfaction

• Provide technical and product related training to our clients.

• Have a complete understanding and knowledge of related products and functions, also be service oriented.

• Drive service levels while improving inventory turns working closely with supply chain and suppliers.

• Establish a complete and comprehensive data base for all of our clients and follow up with after sales related information.

• Coordinate effectively with all related departments and provide solutions to quality issues.

• Interface with SBD\'s global service, quality, SBU and manufacturing teams to provide feedback on products.

QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

• Overall, 4 to 8 years of previous experience in Technical Services, Manufacturing or After Sales Service.

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in mechanical and electrical engineering or the related fields.

• Excellent customer complaint handling skills, problem-solving skills & CRM experience.

• Passion for serving clients and delivering customer satisfaction.

• Results Driven - exhibits a "performance mentality" by displaying the appropriate sense of urgency in accomplishing goals and takes corrective actions to ensure that critical projects achieve results.

• Strong technical background to be able to discuss corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce warranty costs
