Job Title:

Service Associate (Steward)

Location: Elan Miracle, Sector 84, Gurgaon

CTC: ₹17,500

In-hand Salary: ₹14,000

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist guests with booking tickets and provide information about services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Completion of 12th/Diploma is mandatory. Age must be between 18 - 24 years. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening). Willingness to assist in various service tasks as needed.
