Service Associate

at PVR INOX, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth cinema operations and creating memorable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude Manage ticketing, food & beverage counters, and auditorium checks Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across all areas Resolve customer queries promptly and courteously

Qualification:
