Education- Dip/Degree
1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (rental industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Assist the rental sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
Coordinate with customers to schedule site visits, equipment delivery, and service follow-ups.
Maintain and update client records, contracts, and rental data in the system.
Track rental inventory and ensure timely dispatch and return of rental equipment.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve routine issues.
Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of rental orders.
Generate reports on rental sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory utilization.
Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for customer meetings.
Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
