We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Service Assistant
to join our team. The role involves handling customer service tasks such as mail communication, follow-up calls, warranty checking, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through email and phone calls in a professional manner.
Make follow-up calls to customers and service partners for updates.
Check and validate product warranty details.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of customer issues.
Assist in preparing service-related reports.
Support other administrative tasks within the service department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
