Requirements:

1) Fresher or 1 year experience
2) Bachelor's degree in instrumentation or electrical field

Roles & Responsibilities

1.

Customer Support

o Greet and assist customers (in person, phone, or email).

o Record service requests, complaints, and feedback.

2.

Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain service logs, job cards, and checklists.

o Update customer service records in ERP/CRM/software.

3.

Coordination

o Assist service engineers with tools, spares, and materials.

o Ensure timely dispatch and tracking of service-related items.

4.

Administrative Tasks

o Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documents.

o Maintain files, service agreements, and calibration certificates.

5.

Follow-Up & Feedback

o Confirm job completion with customers.

o Collect customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues.

o Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
