We are seeking a dynamic Product Training Executive to conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for stakeholders across the paint industry. The role requires extensive travel and strong communication skills to effectively deliver product knowledge to dealers, contractors, painters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

?Conduct classroom and field training sessions on paint products, application techniques, and product features.

?Provide product education to dealers, contractors, painters, and internal teams.

?Travel extensively as & when require to conduct on-site training and support.

?Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to deliver effective training.

?Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and documentation.

?Evaluate participant understanding and provide training as per requirement

Requirements:

?MBA (Preferred: Sales & Marketing) with strong IQ, communication skills, and learning aptitude may apply).

?Strong presentation and communication skills.

?Ability to learn technical aspects of paint products quickly.

?Willingness to travel extensively.

?Positive attitude and ability to engage diverse groups effectivel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
