What You'll Do

Handle daily front desk tasks, including answering calls, managing records, and filing, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services. Follow up on leads through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Conduct engaging gym tours, showcasing our facilities and benefits to prospective members. Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Support new member onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming start. Stay up to date on all products and services, providing accurate information to customers. Report any maintenance issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to management. Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and account updates, and manage POS transactions for merchandise, classes, personal training, and recovery services. Be flexible to work shifts and participate in events, outreach programs, and other business needs. Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong customer service mindset and a passion for fitness. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
