We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
Sales and Service Engineer
with a background in
Metallurgy
to support the sales, installation, maintenance, and servicing of metallurgical equipment, products, and testing solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
Promote and sell metallurgical products (e.g., testing machines, furnaces, analyzers, consumables) to industrial, academic, and R&D clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients.
Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotations), prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
Maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and stay updated with industry trends.
Service Responsibilities:
Install and commission metallurgical equipment at client sites.
Provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for installed systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Train client personnel on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain service logs and report on equipment performance and client feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
