Qualifications:

A degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or a related field + MBA (Marketing) preferable

Experience:

2-3 Years of relevant experience in the Surface Finishing Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain how products and services work, tailored to customer needs.

2. Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

3. Product Modifications: Plan and recommend modifications to products to meet specific customer demands.

4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to secure orders, ensure product standards, and guarantee timely delivery.

5. Problem Solving: Assist clients in solving issues related to product usage and recommend improvements.

6. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services offered.

7. Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

8. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in Sales and Services engineering at least 2-3 years, particularly in the surface finishing industry, is highly desirable.

2. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of surface finishing processes and equipment.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.

5. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

6. Customer Service: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
