Install, configure, and commission automation systems according to client specifications.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance on automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Identify and replace faulty components or parts as necessary.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities.
Generate service reports and documentation for each client visit.
Update technical manuals and documentation based on system modifications and improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on service activities and addressing concerns promptly.
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to stay updated on the latest automation technologies and products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, EC, IC & Mechatronics
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automation systems.
Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support and maintenance.
Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
