Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to oversee the delivery, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning and industrial cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating services for HVAC systems such as Chillers, VRV/VRF, VAV, AHU, Compressors, Retrofit Projects, Ductable ACs, Central & Split ACs, and other industrial cooling solutions. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked or are currently working in the HVAC industry with hands-on knowledge of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate service appointments (installations, repairs, maintenance) Manage delivery timelines and product handling Act as primary contact for customer service inquiries Collaborate with technicians, delivery teams, and sales staff Maintain service records and generate reports Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

2-3 years in service coordination/logistics (HVAC industry preferred) Strong organizational & multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with AC systems a plus Valid driver's license (if site visits required)

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional visits to service sites or delivery locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
