Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues (with technician support), and explain service needs clearly.
Prepare job cards, estimates, and service recommendations.
Obtain customer approval for repairs and additional work.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Update customers on service progress and delays, if any.
Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and service history updates.
Deliver vehicles to customers and explain work completed and charges.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
Promote value-added services, service packages, and genuine spare parts.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and service SOPs.
Maintain customer satisfaction index (CSI) and achieve service targets.
