Explain recommended services, repair processes, costs, and timelines clearly.
Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Scheduling & Coordination
Open repair orders and assign jobs to technicians based on priority.
Ensure effective communication between customers, technicians, and parts department.
Monitor workshop flow and maintain service schedules.
Technical & Advisory Support
Conduct preliminary inspections and identify service requirements.
Advise customers on maintenance schedules and value-added services.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer's service standards.
Documentation & Administration
Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, invoices, and related documents.
Maintain proper records of service history, warranty claims, and customer interactions.
Handle insurance paperwork when applicable.
Quality & Delivery
Perform final checks to ensure repairs/services meet quality standards.
Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in proper condition.
Address and resolve post-service issues promptly.
Sales & Profitability
Promote additional services, packages, and accessories when beneficial to customers.
Assist in achieving departmental sales and profitability targets.
Control unnecessary warranty or goodwill expenses.
Teamwork & Development
Support technicians with required information and clarity on repair orders.
Participate in training to stay updated on new technologies and customer handling skills.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workshop environment.
