Role Objective
Act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth vehicle service operations, accurate job cards, timely repairs, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand vehicle service/repair needs
Prepare accurate job cards with proper complaint capturing
Explain cost estimates, quotations, and obtain approvals
Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis & repair
Provide regular service updates to customers
Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
Explain work done, final invoice, and maintenance tips
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
Maintain service records and follow-up for repeat business
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years' experience as Service Advisor (Dealership only)
Strong understanding of vehicle service & repair processes
Knowledge of DMS / CRM systems
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
