Job Description

Job Summary:



The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer vehicle concerns, communicating these to the technical team, and ensuring repairs and maintenance are carried out efficiently and to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers professionally and assess their service needs. Open job cards with accurate details of the customer's complaints and required services. Explain repair and maintenance work required on vehicles in a clear and non-technical manner. Provide cost estimates and get necessary approvals before work commences. Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely progress and delivery of vehicles. Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process. Conduct final inspection to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction. Promote and upsell additional services or products where applicable. Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve them effectively. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
