Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Open job cards and record customer concerns accurately.
Provide estimates, explain service details, and obtain customer approval.
Coordinate with workshop team for smooth job execution.
Keep customers updated on job status and delivery timelines.
Conduct vehicle delivery with explanation of work carried out.
Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate if required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain service records and follow up for periodic maintenance.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Prior experience in automobile service/customer handling will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of automotive basics and service processes.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work in a team and meet service targets.
