We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service department. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, understanding customer concerns, coordinating repair services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to and document customer concerns accurately.
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair timelines.
Generate detailed work orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements.
Keep customers informed of service progress, changes, or additional work needed.
Offer recommendations for preventive maintenance and value-added services.
Process customer payments, warranties, and insurance documentation.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
