2. Job Card & Documentation
Prepare Job Cards accurately as per Mahindra standards
Record tractor details (Model, Serial No., Hours, Warranty)
Ensure correct complaint diagnosis entry
Maintain service history & customer records
3. Technical Coordination
Coordinate with Mechanics & Technicians for proper diagnosis
Ensure correct repair methods as per Mahindra guidelines
Explain technical issues to customers in simple language
4. Warranty & Claims
Identify warranty / AMC / FES eligibility
Prepare and submit warranty claims correctly in Mahindra system
Avoid rejection by ensuring proper documentation & photos
5. Parts & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with Spares department for availability
Ensure genuine Mahindra parts are used
Inform customer about parts replacement and costs
6. Service Delivery & Quality Control
Monitor repair progress & ensure on-time delivery
Conduct final inspection before delivery
Ensure tractor cleanliness and customer satisfaction
