Service Advisor - Mahindra Tractors

Service Manager / Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling



Greet customers and understand tractor/service complaints clearly Explain service process, cost estimate, and delivery time Build long-term customer relationship & trust Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure closure

2. Job Card & Documentation



Prepare Job Cards accurately as per Mahindra standards Record tractor details (Model, Serial No., Hours, Warranty) Ensure correct complaint diagnosis entry Maintain service history & customer records

3. Technical Coordination



Coordinate with Mechanics & Technicians for proper diagnosis Ensure correct repair methods as per Mahindra guidelines Explain technical issues to customers in simple language

4. Warranty & Claims



Identify warranty / AMC / FES eligibility Prepare and submit warranty claims correctly in Mahindra system Avoid rejection by ensuring proper documentation & photos

5. Parts & Inventory Coordination



Coordinate with Spares department for availability Ensure genuine Mahindra parts are used Inform customer about parts replacement and costs

6. Service Delivery & Quality Control



Monitor repair progress & ensure on-time delivery Conduct final inspection before delivery Ensure tractor cleanliness and customer satisfaction

7. Follow-up & Retention



Post-service follow-up calls Ensure repeat service visits Collect customer feedback & handle negative feedback

8. System & Reporting



Update service data in Mahindra DMS / SAP Daily service reports, productivity & pending vehicles Support audits & Mahindra CSI requirements

Skills & Qualifications



Diploma / ITI / BE (Mechanical preferred) Experience: 1-5 years in Tractor / Automobile service. Fresher also can apply. Good communication in

Tamil + Basic English

Customer handling & problem-solving skills Computer knowledge (DMS, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)



Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Job Card accuracy First Time Right (FTR) Warranty claim approval rate Service revenue & repeat customers

Work Ethics & Discipline



Follow Mahindra SOP strictly Maintain workshop discipline Safety compliance at all times Honest & transparent billing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
