KEY PURPOSE
To ensure timely, quality service and resolution of all customer queries and ensure that customers are satisfied with the Company's service or products
Duties and Responsibilities
? Greet customers and understand their 2-wheeler service requirements
? Explain the jobs mentioned on the job card to the floor supervisor & Technician
? Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
? Follow Job card opening & delivery process norms
? Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service
jobs
? Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
? Explain the work to be done, provide accurate cost estimation and information
? Address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints promptly and professionally
? Update feedback to WM & escalate complaints if not able to resolve
? Maintain regular communication with customers, update information on their vehicle
progress
Skills Required
? Knowledge of 2-wheeler service and repair processes
? Ability to explain technical information to customers
? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
? Multitasking and time management abilities
? Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
? Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Education
? Technical qualification (IT/Dip/BE/CTC)
