Job Description

A service advisor in an automobile workshop is the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, responsible for greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, and coordinating repairs. Their key roles include diagnosing problems, providing cost estimates, scheduling appointments, and communicating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. They also handle customer concerns, explain repair plans, and process payments

Customer interaction and communication

Greet customers:

Welcome customers and act as the first point of contact for service needs.

Listen to concerns:

Actively listen to the customer's description of the vehicle's problems and service needs.

Consult with technicians:

Liaise between the customer and the service technicians to ensure a clear understanding of the required repairs.

Provide updates:

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repairs.

Explain services:

Clearly explain the repair plan, the associated costs, and the work performed to the customer.

Handle complaints:

Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise during the service process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
