Job Description

A Suzuki service advisor acts as a liaison between customers and the service department, responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle's needs, and communicating with technicians. Key duties include preparing repair estimates, coordinating service, explaining warranty options, providing updates to customers, and managing the service workflow to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities

Customer interaction:

Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and answer questions about service needs and outcomes.

Service coordination:

Liaise with technicians to diagnose problems, determine necessary repairs, and oversee the service workflow to ensure timely completion.

Estimates and sales:

Provide customers with detailed estimates for parts and labor, and offer information on various part options (OEM and aftermarket) and service packages.

Communication:

Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service, and clearly communicate technical information in a way that is easy for the customer to understand.

Administration:

Prepare and manage job cards, schedule appointments, and process payments.

Customer satisfaction:

Handle customer complaints, explain warranty protections, and work to resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
