Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

: Greet customers, understand vehicle issues, and provide excellent service

Service Assessment

: Inspect vehicles, prepare estimates, and explain required repairs

Job Coordination

: Schedule appointments, allocate work to technicians, and monitor progress

Documentation

: Maintain job cards, service records, and warranty claims

Quality Check

: Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction

Sales

: Promote service packages, accessories, and meet revenue targets

Billing

: Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle transactions

Follow-up

: Contact customers after service and schedule future appointments

Team Communication

: Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
