Job Profile:
Job Profile: Oversee day-to-day service operation for the entire western region,
manpower allocation,
coordination with R&D and plant for timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
RCA, service campaigns, warranty claims and service reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Operations & Performance
Oversee service branches and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, service quality, and customer feedback.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
2. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve escalated customer complaints.
Develop customer engagement strategies to improve retention.
Conduct service audits and implement corrective actions.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and train service managers & technicians.
Conduct performance evaluations and set improvement goals.
Foster a collaborative work environment to boost productivity.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare monthly reports on service performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and technical support).
5. Business Growth & Strategy
Identify opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth.
Collaborate with dealerships to enhance service offerings.
Implement cost-effective solutions to optimize operations

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
