Job Title:

Service Advisor Trainee

Job Summary:

Assist customers with vehicle service needs while learning to manage repair orders, communicate with technicians, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and record service requirements accurately. Coordinate with technicians for inspections and repairs. Prepare service estimates and explain them to customers. Follow up on repair status and maintain clear communication. Learn dealership/service processes and software systems.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic automotive knowledge and computer proficiency. Eagerness to learn and grow in a service environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
