Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles to accurately diagnose issues
Listen to customer complaints and record issues in the job card
Estimate repair costs, delivery timelines, and additional work required
Coordinate with service technicians for repairs and servicing
Verify vehicle condition by conducting test drives before and after service
Explain service bills and work carried out to customers in detail
Advise customers on future maintenance requirements and potential issues
Maintain accurate service and repair records
