Roles and Responsibilities of Service Advisor
Inspect vehicle to diagnose issues accurately.
Register issues listening to customer complaints in the job card.
Calculate repairing cost, time delivery, and additional works in the vehicle.
Verifies vehicle by conducting test drives.
Explain the bill to the customers in detail.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives.
Explain the customer about the future complaints of their vehicle.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs
