Position: Service Advisor

Location: Showroom / Workshop

Job Role

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their service needs, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with good customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues.

Create job cards and record all complaints clearly.

Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress.

Inform customers about service cost, extra work, and delivery time.

Check the vehicle after service and ensure quality work.

Explain the service invoice to customers.

Handle customer feedback and maintain good relationships.

Requirements

Any Diploma/ITI/Graduate.

Basic knowledge of two-wheeler/automobile service.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Salary

Salary + Incentives (based on performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,686.72 - ₹23,069.46 per month
