We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly
Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Record customer complaints clearly and accurately.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Explain service details, repairs, and cost estimates to customers.
Maintain service records, job cards, and billing details.
Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
Follow up with customers on service reminders and feedback.
Manage workflow and ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (added advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy for maintaining service records.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn (fresher friendly).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
