Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze and document Voice of Customer Coordinating 100% on time delivery. Stage by stage payment follow up process. Analyze customer complaints (Feedbacks) and implement suitable solution (process).
Qualification : UG Degree(Mechanical, Automobiles ) / Diploma(Mechanical, Automobiles ) / can apply

Eligibility : Fresher and 1 year experience can apply
