Service Advisor

to join our after-sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements. Open job cards, estimate service cost, and explain details to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain service records and follow up with customers for feedback. Promote service packages, AMC, and value-added services. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers. Experience as Service Advisor / Service Receptionist preferred. Computer knowledge (DMS / billing software) an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
